Jawatan Kosong ASSISTANT LEGAL EXECUTIVE in Kuantan

About the Company:

Wholly owned by Bumiputera and established to improve the economic interests of its members in accordance with the cooperative principles as stipulated in the Cooperative laws and Bylaws.

• Role: Assistant Legal Executive
• Remuneration: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800
• Location: Indera Mahkota, Kuantan, Pahang

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the legal department on the administration of contracts and legal documents in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
• Reviewing, drafting and proof-reading legal contracts and legal documents.
• To ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
• Implementing and managing a risk and compliance monitoring program for the company.
• Assisting in the project compliance and licensing.
• Representing the company to the tribunal.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Hons)
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Have a law practice certificate or experienced in the government or cooperative sector.
• Strong communication ability and interpersonal skills.
• Can settle down in Kuantan, Pahang and travel outside the district and state.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
