Jawatan Kosong Customer Service cum Logistics Executive in Melaka

Customer service cum Logistics Executive.

1) In-charge of day-today operation of the Customer Service Department to ensure efficient and timely processing of orders, deliveries and related activities.

2) Responsible for all logistics related function of Import and Export, customs clearance

3) To liaise and obtain further information with Commercial Team for sales orders processing, deliveries, shipping arrangement etc.

4) To liaise with Production Planner/ Warehouse Manager for stocks requirement/deliveries etc.

5) To liaise with Procurement Team pertaining to ordering of on-order imported items.

6) To ensure all customers’ orders are properly processed and meet with customers’ requirement.

7) To arrange import and export shipments with freight forwarders.

8) To coordinate and provide information requested by Target Market Managers pertaining to imports related such as M.O.Q, air freight cost etc.

9) To coordinate with Target Market Managers for 3 months rolling forecast and purchases of trading products.

10) Responsible for application of SST Exemption Schedule C(3) Cert for Imported Trading Items (on behalf of customers) and monitoring of customs clearance for listed items.

11) Responsible in application of Certificate of Origin (Preferential and Non-Preferential )

12)Responsible in application of import permit via MITI

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
