1. To engage with raw material vendors and monitor the vendor performance.
2. To ensure all purchase and sales of raw materials comply to the food safety and regulations.
3. To ensure all subordinates and adherence of the company's system, rules and regulation.
4. Monitor and motivate staff performance and develop or upgrade their skills and knowledge.
5. To do external communication with external parties.
6. To respond on the customer focus and requirement subject.
7. To ensure all the raw materials was purchase from Approved Vendor List only.
8. To ensure all job under Marketing department comply to all legal requirement, company policy and rules.
9. To compile and control documents records for sales and purchase activities.
10. To monitor and ensure all RSPO related sales and purchase activities in order.
11. Liaise with all head of department and top management involving any case or issues arise.
12. Ensure all subordinates understanding and adherence on the company's system, rules and regulation.
13. To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
