Jawatan Kosong Receptionist Setapak, Kuala Lumpur in Tawau

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients as they arrive at the office, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate area.
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails from patients, referring doctors, and other stakeholders.
• Scheduling appointments for patients and managing the dental office's calendar.
• Managing patient records and ensuring they are up to date, organized and confidential.
• Billing and insurance management, including verifying insurance coverage and submitting claims.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies for the dental office.
• Preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and photocopying documents.
• To assist marketing team in making phone call to check on the status of the project or task.
• To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.

Requirement:

• Must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
• Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants.
• Good time management and organizing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Proficient in using computer software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
• Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
