Pantai Hospital Ipoh Job Vacancies April 2026

• To supervise, manage and delegate duties to outsourced security guards.
• To ensure the outsourced security guards do patrolling at the designated areas as detailed in the daily patrolling checklist.
• To ensure security guards record the patrolling checklist allocated at the respective location and check the patrolling checklists every day and take note of any discrepancies.
• When there is an incident- whether it is a fire alarm or security incident, security incident, security guard is responsible to immediately investigate the incident, interview, and ascertain the cause of the incident or disturbance.
• When there is an incident, fill in Hospital Incident Report (MRF77) and report immediately.
• To be stationed at the security room to always monitor CCTV. Record date /time in/out and sign in the CCTV monitoring book.
• To record all the activities at least once in an hour into the security logbook and other activities assigned from time to time such as handling bodies, incident etc.
• To issue and receive keys authorized department/personals by recording their particulars into the key record book.
• To issue security passes to contractor workers after checking and recording the contractor workers particular in the Pass Issuance Book.
• To direct and assist security guards to ensure control of smooth traffic flow within hospital premises.
• After visiting hours, security guards are to record in the visitor’s record book the names of visitors, and the patient’s room number for control purposes to minimize the visitors.
• To help/ coordinate with the Emergency Department for emergency cases.
• If the deceased family request for freezer service, switch on the freezer at the mortuary half an hour before the body is brought down. Once the body is placed to record the freezer temperature reading on an hourly basis.
• To record particular of the deceased in Mortuary record book.
• Before releasing the body, ensure the hospital bill has been paid, view the burial permit and record the burial permit number in the mortuary record book.
• Ensure the details of next-of-kin or close relatives are recorded in the mortuary record book.
• When an amputated limb has been collected from the Operating Room, ensure it is kept in cold room; ensure housekeeping staff signs in the Disposal of Amputated Limb book.
• When receiving reports on items lost within the hospital compound, carry out an investigation, and raise Hospital Incident report.
• When the owner of the item claims the item, ensure the particulars of the owner are recorded in the lost and found book.
• Open and close mortuary door in the event of death and crowd control in the event of death of patients.
• Supervisors outsourced security personnel.
