Executive - Master Data Management

POSITION SUMMARY

The Master Data Management Executive is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the Company’s material master data within SAP that includes creation, costing, on-going maintenance and housekeeping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creation, change and housekeeping of material codes.
• Work closely with Planners, Brands, Finance and Regional Master Data Management/Master Data Governance team on material master data management.
• Support and ensure the Warehouse and Planners perform material master data housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to maintain the registration details and housekeeping.
• Coordination with SAP team for data imports.
• Ensure processes are being executed as per Company’s Master Data Management and Master Data Governance guidelines and requirements.
• Support or participate in user acceptance test and SAP projects related to master data.
• Performs annual maintenance of Company’s material master data.
• Checks the material master data quality in SAP system.
• Prepares the data and reporting to support the Reporting Manager.
• Log ticket and monitor closure of ticket with the resolution in-place.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

To be determined by the position’s reporting manager with the following factors also be taken into consideration as part of the role’s KPI:

• On-time Data Creation and Maintenance
• Accuracy of Data Creation and Maintenance

Indirect Influence:

• Customer Service Levels
• Project Deliverables
• Supply Chain Service Levels

Other measures of success but are not limited to:

• Stakeholders management – positive feedback from management and peers
• All deadlines are met
• All procedures and policies adhered to

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, statistical science, or in related field is preferable
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar and used SAP
• Knowledgeable in SAP MM module or SAP material master data
• Experienced in SAP Hana S/4 is an advantage
• Proficient in data analysis
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
