We are looking for Service Manager- HR (Learning & Development)

As a Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development), we rely on you to:

Assist the Learning & Development to plan, monitors, coordinates and conducts training activity effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.

We are looking for someone who:
Preferably who has Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Has 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
Pleasant and well-groomed
Excellent Trainer & Coaching skills
Has strong interpersonal skills
A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, mature and with a high speed of execution,
Computer knowledge.
Has financial knowledge
Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Malay
