Jawatan Kosong BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE in Kuala Terengganu

1. To assist all Sales personnel in his/her daily administration and operation of the sales department

2. To handle all administrative duties including handling correspondences tracing files and attending to enquiries

3. To ensure all contract alteration, worksheet and fax are well handled and distributed

4. To ensure affective and efficient filling system is maintained at all times

5. To ensure proper control of office stationary usage

6. Preparation Event Order as and when required. Distribution 2 times a day as per instruction given

7. Preparation of documentation eg: quotation, confirmation and etc

8. To maintain highest standard of customer services and communication with clients

9. Sound knowledge on the use of computers and well versed in telephone answering techniques

10. To be well groomed and presentable at all times

11. To ensure that all documentation are check thouroughly before distribution

12. To follow up all matters pertaining to duties as assigned by the Head of department

13. Your job function will be review from time to time when need arises

14. To ensure that all event orders are checked and given out before the functions

15. To ensure that everything is in proper manner and order

16. To monitor and supervise in all aspects and job assignments in the Sales department

17. To handle daily reservations and enquiries

18. To check on all requirements needed before any function begins

19. Required to carry out other assignments given from time to time
