Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to assist with daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, stock issuance, replenishment, and inventory control, while providing basic administrative support to the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving and issuance activities according to warehouse procedures.
• Handle stock replenishment to ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations.
• Record, update, and maintain accurate stock movement and delivery documentation.
• Support inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy and proper record-keeping.
• Assist in material issuance for internal usage and update transactions in the system.
• Monitor and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Liaise with Customer Service and warehouse teams on shipment and documentation matters.
• Prepare basic reports such as delivery summaries, overtime, and contractor-related claims.
• Provide general administrative support, including coordination with warehouse staff and internal communications.
• Support ad-hoc warehouse and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of goods receiving, issuance, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or warehouse systems is an added advantage.
