The Role: Support daily operations in our growing healthcare facility through inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. Handle stock ordering, cost re-charging to residents, and assist families with payment/invoice requests.

Key Strengths We Require:

• Detail-oriented - Accurate record keeping and inventory management
• Multi-tasking ability - Handle diverse operational tasks in a small team environment
• Strong communication - Interact professionally with vendors, families, and residents
• Organized - Manage multiple processes from stock takes to invoice generation
• Adaptable - Thrive in a startup environment with varied responsibilities

Bonus: Healthcare or service industry experience
