Jawatan Kosong Procurement Specialist KL in Bangsar South

Position: Senior Executive
Job Type: Procurement
Employment Status: Contract (12 months)
Working Hours: Normal (Monday–Friday)
Work Base: Bangsar South
Salary: MYR 5.000 - MYR 5.300

Education: Bachelor/Diploma - Telecommunication Engineering GPA: 3.0
Experience: 2 Years (Previous Roles - Procurement Specialist)
Nationality: Malaysian Only
Age Requirement: 23–35 years

Responsibilities

• Responsible for subcontractor management, including but not limited to looking for new subcontractor, negotiate with subcontractor, arrange meeting with subcontractor, and so on；
• Assist the project team in dealing with the problem/matter of subcontractor make sure the project be finished on time；
• Work with the project team to ensure the timely availability of subcontractor according to schedules.
• Conduct site visit and checking for subcontractor;
• Ensure procurement processes comply with relevant local legislation and safety regulations.
• Handle subcontractors' PO and payment status;
• Prepare reporting work regularly and complete other works assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Two (2) years or more working experience in Telecommunication industry/construction industry/civil engineering
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
• Have sub con source experience.
• Projects manager with good sub con contact can consider
