QSR STORES SDN BHD (KFC) Job Vacancies April 2026

We are looking for an HR Assistant who will support the daily operations of the HR Department and help ensure that HR policies, procedures, and best practices are effectively implemented and aligned with the company’s goals.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, particularly maintaining and updating the employee database (e.g., new recruits data, leave management, staff movement).
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission to HQ.
• Generate payroll reports and other HR-related reports, adhering to submission timelines.
• Prepare relevant HR letters and documentation (e.g., transfer letters, MIA letters)
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR records.
• Assist in preparing and furnishing documents for audits by government bodies (Labour Department, SOCSO, DOSH, etc.).
• Support superiors in coordinating and executing HR activities and events (e.g., sports, staff gatherings).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and regulations enforced by government authorities.
• Other HR related tasks as assigned by superiors as and when required.

Requirements:

• SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with Sabah Labour Ordinance, Employment Act and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and HR systems
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Detail-oriented, attentive, and focused
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Willing and able to work on weekends/public holidays including extra hours as and when required.
• Successful candidate will be based at Kota Kinabalu main office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
