[JOB DESCRIPTION]

• Assist sales inquiry, manage schedule and distribution of sales documentation.
• Develop an effective filing system to keep all active sales file available digitally and in hard copy form.
• Prepare and follow up sales quotation for customer.
• Able to respond to any online or telephone queries promptly.
• Liaise between other department and customer to provide the best possible support to customer's needs.
• Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the respective projects and develop appropriate Sales strategy accordingly.
• Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent may apply.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Candidate with relevant experience may apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
