Job summary

To ensure high service standards are rendered to the guests and to perform supervisor's tasks in the outlet.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises his station.
• Takes order and promote special items to guests.
• Responsible for station mise-en-place.
• Assigns side duties to his waiters.
• Responsible for the recommendation and sale of food and beverage.
• Be familiar with the menu and be able to train and guide his subordinates.
• Handles any guest complaints.
