Sustainable Property Management Job Vacancies April 2026

• To assist the Operation Manager who is overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage of the buildings.
• Attend to and act upon inquiries / complaints raised by residents with regards to property management and maintenance related matters
• Preparation of weekly / monthly maintenance report
• Ensuring the monthly management report from service providers
• Arranging for quotations for any repair work and other maintenance issues
• To carry out or implement any other duties as instructed

What we are looking for in this role?

• Diploma / Degree in Property / Real Estate Management
• Good communication skills, report writing skills, presentations
• Proficient in English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
