GUEST SERVICE AGENTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Locations : The Sigar Sutera Bay by Homesuite @ Sadong Jaya

Requirements :

- Must be able to work shift rotations and cover 24-hour hotel operations.

- Candidates with own transport are preferred.

- Open to male and female applicants.

- Fluency in English and Malay is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

- A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle guests inquiries, complaints, and request professionally and promptly.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm when under pressure.

- Good computer literacy, especially with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications

- A neat and professional appearance with a friendly demeanor

- Prior experience in front office or customer services
