Staffing Services Job Vacancies April 2026

Job Responsibilities:

Management / Financial Account

• Review financial and management reports, analysis and ensure completeness of the accounting records, eg: overview, month on month analysis, plant on plant analysis, production vs financial performances and etc.
• Review production report, production PL report, production due report.
• Review inventory costing, WIP computation, standard unit cost for FG.
• Cross functional departments discussion and coordination.
• Liaise with HQ for financial reports clarification and consistent presentation formats.
• Updates on accounting rules, financial reporting standards, interpretations and amendments.

Internal/External Audit

• Oversee/Coordination of Internal/External Audit with the support from Singapore.

Taxation

• Ensure tax compliance including public ruling, tax returns, refund and payment for sales tax, service tax, GST, withholding tax, SST and income tax.
• Review tax computation and analysis, estimate and revision of estimate of tax payable and application for tax incentive.
• Liaise with local tax agents, tax officers and customs officers. (if necessary)
• Transfer pricing compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or partial/ professionally qualified in accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Finance Manager, those with previous experience as financial analyst will be a plus.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well experienced in strategic planning and analysis of financial projection.
• Solid experience with finance and accounting systems, principles and processes.
• Permanent vacancy based in Kluang, Johor.
