What You’ll Do:

• Ideate and implement strategies that ensure we have enough manpower at all times
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by using creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for Pasxcel.
• Manage recruitment data and use insights to improve processes and decisions.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and talent pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both skill and culture fit.
• Experience with recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
