ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISOR (MALE ONLY) : FAST FOOD RESTAURANT (F&B)

Location : Freeport A’Famosa Outlet, Alor Gajah, Melaka

Salary : Negotiable

REQUIREMENTS

v Male only

v Physical mobility as well as mental stamina

v Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays

v Able to perform routine tasks with minimum supervision

v Ability to work in a fast paced environment

v Can start immediately

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

v Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regard to services, cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility

v To assist Restaurant Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as and when needed.

v Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.

v Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume.

v Perform daily closing and tally sales records to ensure consistency and accuracy.

v Perform bank deposits after ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial transactions.

v Any ad-hoc duties assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

v Strong leadership and team management skills

v Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverages service or proven experience as Supervisor /Assistant Restaurant

v Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
