Jawatan Kosong Document Controller in Segamat

Responsibilities

Managed and controlled project documentation through the effective use of Electronic Document Management Systems (P-EDMS, ECM), ensuring compliance with COMPANY Technical Standards, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), COMPANY RMPG, Document Management Standards, and other project-specific procedures and guidelines across all PD&T projects.

Responsibilities

• Minimum SPM with relevant training/certificate and exposures in information management or document and record management.
• SPM holders requires minimum 8 years experience OR Diploma and minimum 4 years experience Exposure to Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
• Experience in using Electronic / Engineering Data Management System (EDMS)
• Certification from Document Control Management training with ISO compliance (will be an added advantage)
• Knowledgeable in interpreting Process Flow Sheet, P&ID and Mechanical Drawings
• Conversant in relevant project management guidelines such as Project Management System and Project Management Book of Knowledge (PM-BOK).
• Meticulous and committed in carrying out/completing assigned tasks
• Possess drive, initiative and intuitive in problem-solving
• Good supervisory skill
• Good communication skill
• Excellent computer literacy
• Possess networking skills, while being implementation- and result oriented person
• Possess nature of integrity and trust and promotes service excellence mindset
• Teamwork, people skills and inter-personal relations.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
