Tanggungjawab Utama

• Membantu Pengurus HR dalam menguruskan keseluruhan fungsi sumber manusia termasuk:
• Rekrutmen & pemilihan pekerja (iklan jawatan, temuduga, surat tawaran).
• Pengurusan cuti, disiplin, rekod kehadiran & OT.
• Proses gaji, KWSP, PERKESO, SIP & LHDN.
• Melaksanakan polisi HR, SOP & memo dalaman.
• Mengendalikan latihan & pembangunan pekerja.
• Menyokong aktiviti kebajikan, CSR & komunikasi dalaman syarikat.
• Membantu dalam audit dalaman & pematuhan undang-undang buruh (Employment Act 1955).
• Memberi khidmat nasihat kepada pekerja berkaitan HR & kebajikan.

✅ Syarat & Kelayakan

• Warganegara Malaysia, umur 25 – 40 tahun.
• Minimum Diploma/Ijazah dalam Sumber Manusia / Pengurusan / Pentadbiran atau bidang berkaitan.
• Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam bidang HR (pengalaman retail/supermarket ada kelebihan).
• Mahir guna Microsoft Office & sistem HR/payroll.
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas Akta Kerja 1955, KWSP, PERKESO & undang-undang buruh.
• Berdisiplin, tegas tetapi ada kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
• Boleh bekerja lebih masa & sanggup turun padang jika perlu.

-Faedah

• Gaji pokok RM2,000 - RM 2,500
• Caruman KWSP, PERKESO, SIP.
• Cuti tahunan, cuti sakit & cuti umum.
