Jawatan Kosong Warehouse & Yard Associate in Labuan

The Warehouse and Yard Associate will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities. These processes include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy and the delivery of inventory/equipment to internal and external customers. The Warehouse and Yard Associate is a fulltime position and reports to the Warehouse and Yard Area Manager/Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities:
Health, Safety and Environment

• Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned
• Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist
• If ever any HSE incident takes place, Stop Work and report immediately to your manager
• Review all associated ORA’s/HRA’s/MOC’s/Work Permits prior to starting work and exercise Stop Work at any time for safety

Delivery

• Optimize work flow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency “Lean”
• Liaise with AMO/Mfg/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments
• Other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned
• Be able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required
• Perform data entry into respective systems timely & accurately
• Deliver as outlined in local service level agreement
• 6S and Lean – Execute 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan
• Perform physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API)
• Perform SAP transaction for material movements

• Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
• Adhere to the on call/shift schedule; notify your manager immediately if any issues arise that would prevent you from meeting your scheduled obligations
• Take the opportunity to consult with your manager (or any level of HR/leadership) immediately if any work related or personal circumstances are impeding your ability to be safe and successful.
• Provided coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent professional certification
• 2+ years’ experience in SAP role
• Possesses SAP experiences
• Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or ORACLE
• Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel and Outlook
• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
• Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast space environment with tight deadlines, willing to learn new skills

Additional Details:

• Work Location: Labuan, Malaysia
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Salary : MYR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00 (depends on the working experiences plus the current package)
• Work Schedule : Office based/ Mon-Fri / 7AM – 4PM

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• SAP: 2 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
