Jawatan Kosong EXECUTIVE LOGISTICS in Alor Setar

Job Summary:

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This role ensures that shipments are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and logistics processes comply with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inventory – monitor stock level, conduct audit

· Manage order processing (pukal) – manage end-to-end order management, timely delivery, prepare picking list, prepare delivery report

· Manage distribution – plan and optimize transportation routes

· Manage tools and maintenance – prepare calibration chart

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree inLogistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.

· Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) is an advantage.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with import/export regulations and Incoterms.

· Experience working with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.

· Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
