Summary:

• Seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Operations Manager to support sustainable forestry operations
• To oversee and manage the full spectrum of logging operations, including harvesting activities, production planning, resource monitoring, and implementation of operational best practices and sustainability procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day tasks related to logging operations and field activities
• Manage end-to-end harvesting, extraction, and log transportation processes
• Coordinate operational planning, production monitoring, and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with forestry regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures
• Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency, equipment use, and staff training initiatives
• Involved in audit matters, operational reporting, and budgeting
• Any tasks / jobs related to Operation management

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Forestry, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field
• At least 5-years’ experience in logging operations, forestry management, or the plantation industry Fluent in both Malay and English, written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Experience with operational management systems, logistics planning tools, or forestry-related databases is an added advantage
