REQUIREMENTS

v Minimum SPM.

v Good practice in Malay and English (can speak mandarin is a good advantage).

v Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

v Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.

v Able to perform routine tasks with minimum supervision.

v Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

v Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing.

v Can start immediately.

JOBS DESCRIPTION

v Attend tour guide, tour leader and driver during registration for bus and van arrival at Freeport A'Famosa Outlet.

v Attend customer redemption, kiddie car rental, sending memo, provide wheelchair service, work permit application.

v Handle customer or tenants feedback and follow up with management, contribute to operations team works and event.

v Can be a Emcee for live event ( ready and friendly with camera).

v Can be a personal shopper for increase shop sales.

v Front liner and customer service experienced are good advantage.
