Jawatan Kosong Customer Sales Consultant Alor Setar in Alor Setar

Job Scope:

New Customers:

• Responsible for acquiring new customers
• Participate in sales programs and activities to increase sales share in the designated region by analyzing market needs and demands. Sales programs include events and door-to-door activities to secure customers.

Existing Customers:

• Responsible for upselling, migration, and contract renewals for existing S10-S30 customers related to potential areas
• Provide professional advice and consultation to customers regarding any requests or needs to meet their expectations.

Daily Tasks:

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work proactively with internal teams such as Lead to Sales (LTS), technical teams, and others to identify new sales opportunities, complete sales orders, and fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain Vehicle Condition: Ensure vehicles are in good condition for operations and immediately report to the state LTS and relevant authorities if any incidents or losses involving vehicles occur.
• Comply with Company Policies: Business Rovers must adhere to all company policies and will be held accountable for any actions that violate these policies.
• Process Customer Applications: Handle customer requests by processing applications in the system quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

Mobility:

• Flexibility in work mobility and travel according to the needs of the Unifi Business Headquarters.

Support Role:

• Monitor the status of sales until completion.
• Support new initiatives introduced by company.
• Ensure and support directions from company toward digitalizing sales processes.

• Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• RM1,700 + Commission
• Location: Nationwide

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
• Passion in doing sales
• Computer literate
• Experience on sales is advantage.
• Willing to learn on products and fast learner
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have a good creativity on sales
• Have a Driving License - Can drive manual and automatic vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
