• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
• Meet all health and hygiene requirements
• Be environmentally aware
• Supporting chefs and cooks in the preparation and cooking of dishes. This role requires basic culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking and service.
• Follow recipes and cooking instructions from senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• RESPONSBLITI
• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes.
• -Assist in the mise en place and setting up of cooking stations.
• -Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• -Support senior chefs in the execution of daily kitchen operations.
• -Help in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• -Requirements and Skills
• -Basic culinary training or relevant experience in a kitchen.
• -Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• -Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• -Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• -Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
