Jawatan Kosong MIS Assistant in Kuching

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Assistant to join our team! You will play a key role in supporting data management, system reporting, and inventory tracking.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and system updates.
• Support system management, reporting, and data analysis tasks.
• Assist in retail systems operations, including POS and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding data issues or updates.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for business operations.
• Maintain organized documentation for auditing and system integrity.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• A mature and dynamic individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends as required.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
