Job Descriptions

• Search and contact suppliers for products or services
• Request and compare quotations
• Assist in purchasing and order tracking
• Keep sourcing records and update supplier list
• Help with basic admin tasks related to procurement

Job Requirement

• Student or fresh graduate in business, supply chain, or related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to use Excel or Google Sheets
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English
• Bonus: Experience in purchasing or sourcing (even from school projects)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
