Jawatan Kosong Service Crew cum Tearista Senai Airport in Senai As a Service Crew cum Tearista, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibility:

• Provide excellent and personalize services for different customer.
• Familiar with the system operation.
• Double check order, food/drinks for quality and customer satisfaction with their needs.
• Serve food/drinks to customers.
• Keep tables/chair clean and tidy at all times.
• Refill all necessary materials/ingredients such as merchandise/pencil/menu.
• Ensure enough inventory of takeaway packing item at packing counter, facilitate take away/ delivery order process.
• Making drinks and dessert for customer.
• Ensure the standard of procedure are following while making drinks and dessert.
• Measuring ingredients and following brewing times and methods to maintain the menu items’ quality
• Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
• Managing the ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy bar station.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
