Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Melaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk operations, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience at our Samsung Authorized Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information on service procedures, warranty terms, and repair timelines.
• Create and manage service orders, repair tickets, and warranty claims.
• Record and update customer details and service requests accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts administrators to monitor job progress.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
