Agensi Pekerjaan Excel Top Choice Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the Utility and facility patrol by daily to ensure the working condition of Boiler, WWTP and other machinery.
• Check, monitor and ensure the running of boilers are in safe operating conditions.
• Prepare chemical, analysis and control boiler water operating limits.
• Manual operation of gas and diesel boiler.
• Repair and maintain the boiler and steam related machineries and accessories.
• Respond to production on steam upset and demand.
• Troubleshoot and rectify problem pertaining to machines and operation at boiler house.
• Able to hands-on and perform simple metal fabrication and fittings work.
• Ensure safety rules/regulations and GMP is compiled to:
• Operates and supervises on a continual basis, a high-pressure steam boiler (100
• 150 psi, less than 25 bhp); monitors steam pressure and operates manual release and blow off valves.
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler components, tube, fire box etc.
• Perform repair and parts replacement as required to pass boiler inspection and ensure safe operation.
• Fires the boiler up with coal prior to crew arrival at work and cleans the fire box daily.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of boiler, electricity and machinery.
• Operate and ensure operating in safe and efficient manner.
• To maintain, monitor, establish standards and keep good records for Boiler Maintenance.
• To ensure the boilers are always kept in good running condition.
• To make necessary preparations and follow-ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.
• Maintenance work: machine electrical repair, mechanical repair, air compressor maintenance, air conditional services or repair.
• To assist in other maintenance duties as and when assigned by the superior.
• To monitor production process (chiller, air compressor, boiler, city water pump, and utility pump) from breakdown during operation process.
• Handle unfired pressure vessel (air compressor, carbon lifter tank, retort, air receiver tank).
• To ensure all pump in satisfactory condition.
• To supervise the operation of cooling tower, chiller, compressor, and always check the strainer and pump coupling.
• Daily inspection at the boiler on gauge glass, safety valve, burner flame, chimney, smoke emission, exhaust gas temperature, boiler pressure, internal gas pipeline, feed water tank temperature and level, circulation pump pressure, water supply tank and blowdown valve.
• To carry out other job assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications.
• Compulsory to have Steam Boiler Grade 1 Certificate or Certificate Grade 2 issued by DOSH.
• Familiar with boiler requirements for operations and maintenance in accordance to Occupational
• Safety Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (Act 139), Regulations 1970 and
• Regulations 2014.
• Familiar on steam boiler JKKP inspection and maintenance works.
• Steam boiler operation and maintenance.
• Basic boiler electrical and mechanical trouble-shooting skills.
• Minimum 2 years as Boilerman Grade 1 in manufacturing industry.
• Able to learn with growth mindset and Positive attitude.
• Motivated, analytical, independently and able to work under minimum supervisory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
