Jawatan Kosong Service Crew & Barista in Labuan

Service crew & barista job scopes:

• Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing drinks: Making coffee, tea, and other beverages, and following brewing methods and times according to SOP
• Dishwashing: Washing the dishes using the dishwashing machines according to procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment: Keeping the kitchen, bar and dining areas clean and organized
• Handling transactions: Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately
• Ensuring food safety: Complying with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Inventory management: Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Handling customer complaints: Handling customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Supporting team members: Supporting other team members and performing additional duties as required

Requirement:

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Have knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques

- Able to work in the weekends and holidays

- Muslim and perform prayers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
