Jawatan Kosong Retail Advisor Segamat Sentral - Johor in Segamat

Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)

Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Schedule)*

Monthly Salary:

• Basic Salary: RM 1800 - RM2200
• Shift Allowance: Depending on Schedule
• Mobile Allowance: up to RM 100* / Staff Line Number
• Travel Allowance: Pay & Claim Basis*
• Incentives: Based on Sales Performance*
• Overtime*

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
• Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
• Degree Fresh Graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line are encouraged to apply.
• Must be fully vaccinated.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
