Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Shah Alam, with a flexible option to work from home on occasion. As a Personnel Assistant, you will support daily administrative and human resource operations. Key responsibilities include managing benefits administration, coordinating hiring processes, assisting in employee relations, providing personal assistance to team members, improving internal communication, and fostering teamwork and collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personnel Assistant and Administration
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to support effective internal and external interactions
  • Personal Assistance and organizational skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks
  • Strong Cooperation and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva Adobe and HR-related
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
