Job Purpose

Driver

• To drive around the management and company staff for both official business and personal appointments.
• Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
• To be proactive in assisting Management wherever required.
• Responsible for the safety of passengers and vehicles, follow and comply with all road and traffic rules at all times.
• Ensure company vehicle are clean and tidy at all the times.
• Maintaining regular checks on the vehicles to ensure that vehicles are in good condition and keep record of the road tax.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and handle all task given
• Able and willing to work overtime as needed.

Admin

• Assist in handling general administration task assigned by superior.
• Manning the reception
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Assist in collecting document, perform data entry and maintenance of proper records
• Handle all incoming courier and parcel
• Maintains appropriate standards of conduct (SOP), dress, hygiene and posture of departmental employees

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia(SPM) , Diploma
• At least 3 years driving experience with good driving record
• Candidate must possess valid driving license B2 & D

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
