Gym Front Desk Representative

We’re looking for a full time friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Gym Front Desk Representative to be the face of our gym. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves fitness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are located on the 4th floor of Island88 (island plaza)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Handle membership enquiries, registrations, and sales
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships
• Manage basic inventory and front desk administration
• Assist with gym events, promotions, and special projects
• Support daily gym operations and ensure a smooth front desk experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping people
• Comfortable using basic computer applications

Bonus (but not required):

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Experience in a gym or fitness environment
