Job Description & Job Details

Position: Sales Consultant
Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,300
Location: 18-11D, Gurney Tower, Gurney Drive, Georgetown, 10250, Penang
Working Days: Wednesday - Sunday (Offday Monday & Tuesday)
Working Hours: 10.00AM - 7.00PM

1. Promote travel packages to individual and corporate clients
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel advice
3. Suggest suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages based on customer needs
4. Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations
5. Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships
6. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
7. Keep updated with travel trends, offers, and destinations
8. Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, and other travel partners

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Passionate about travel and exploring destinations.
2. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
3. Positive attitude, proactive, and result-driven.
4. Flexible with working hours, especially during peak travel seasons.
