Executive, Warehouse Operations

Role Purpose

Implement warehousing policies and manage activities related to aircraft spares and associated materials. This role ensures the smooth operation of warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics process. The Store Officer plays a vital role in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and complying with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehousing and logistics activities to support aircraft maintenance operations.

• Coordinate the issuance and transfer of stock activities as per user requirement aligned to the set objectives and KPIs.

• Ensure accurate transaction on the company’s warehouse management system to ensure stock accuracy.

• Gather data for daily reporting i.e performance, manpower utilisation, status reports.

• Maintain safety and discipline as per the industrial standards and company regulations at all time

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in any related fields with at least 2 years’ experience, or SPM with at least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain fields.
