What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide essential support to our outdoor sales personnel and collaborate with various departments within the company.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email related to products and order status, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
• Assist in sourcing operations, including sourcing steel materials, negotiating prices, and following up on deliveries.
• Manage daily operations by processing sales orders and issuing purchase orders, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with our shipping and warehouse teams to guarantee on-time order fulfillment and delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
