Jawatan Kosong HSE Officer Construction / Beranang / Selangor area in Semenyih

• Advise employers and staff on safety, health, and environmental measures.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and risks.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and occupational illnesses.
• Assist in organizing and implementing safety and health programs.
• Act as the secretary for the safety and health committee and assist in inspections.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain safety and health statistics.
• Manage machinery and equipment registration in the DOSH-MyKKP system.
• Submit DOSH reports and conduct firefighting system inspections.
• Advise and assist in Emergency Response Plan (ERP) management.
• Conduct 5S audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Inspect and oversee lifting activities, PPE issuance, and chemical registers.
• Verify work permits (PTW) and manage health and environmental monitoring.
• Lead in-house safety and environmental training.
• Ensure compliance with scheduled waste management requirements.
• Prepare HSE reports and review safety-related documents (HIRARC, Work Instructions, etc.).
• Keep management updated on legal changes and assist in guideline implementation.
• Support the HSE Manager/Assistant Manager in overall HSE management.

Job Requirements

• Valid Green Book holder certified by DOSH (Malaysia).
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction.
• Computer literate with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week, with alternate Saturdays off.
• Willing to work at project sites within Selangor, including Beranang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
