We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team!

Requirements:

• Female, aged 25 years or below
• Minimum education level: Diploma
• Preferably single
• Experience in sales or a willingness to learn
• Proficient in using computers
• Editing skills are a bonus
• Able to follow instructions effectively
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Competitive mindset to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and open-minded attitude
• Hardworking, committed, and highly motivated

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp or calls from prospects and customers.
• Prepare and provide design previews to prospects and customers.
• Submit orders to production after receiving customer deposits or full payments.
• Update customers on the progress of their jerseys (after receiving updates from the production team).
• Request balance payments from customers if the full payment has not been made (once all jerseys are completed).
• Input customer delivery details into the JNT web system.
• Take photos of tracking numbers and share them with customers.
• Update sales and lead data in reports.
• Achieve monthly and yearly KPIs set by the company.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/16/2025
