Jawatan Kosong Internship for Marketing & Intern for Administration/Operation in Shah Alam

1. Responsibilities for Intern in Marketing Content Creator

• Assist in creating content (photos, videos, captions) for social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Website etc.
• Research current trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Do editing for photos and videos for daily posting and update on social media platform.
• Monitor engagement and reply the comment and customer requirement (likes, comments, shares) on posts.
• Help track and report simple analytics for content performance.
• Assist the marketing team in photoshoot, video content, marketing campaigns and events.

2)Responsibilities for Intern in Administration & Operation

• Assist with daily online business operations (orders, inventory, customer service).
• Update product info and inventory stock on website / e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders and key in details into the system.
• Conduct basic product quality checks (QC) before packing.
• Handle order fulfilment (pick, pack & arrange shipping).
• Manage customer inquiries and provide after-sales support via email, chat, or social media.
• Track deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Prepare simple stock reports.
• Support administrative work, marketing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma in Mass Com/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Business Admin/ Entrepreneurship/ Operation / Management Information System and other related fields.
