Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur

• Ability to manage multiple accounts or full sets of account

能够管理多个帐户或完整的帐户集

• Monthly account closing for of general ledger section

为总分类账准备每月结账

• Preparation of information for Yearly audit, Tax filing, IRB & Custom audit.

为年度审计准备信息

• To perform Inter-companies transaction or bank reconciliation

进行公司间交易或银行对账

• Process payment within agreed terms and ad hoc payments (e.g. staff claim & advances / rental / utilities, fixed assets / related companies bill & etc.)

-按商定条件处理付款和临时付款

• Business analysis and reporting

业务分析和报告

• To monitor and close monthly account for fixed assets section.

监测和关闭固定资产月度账户

• To issue Official Receipt /Credit Advice.

发出正式收据/信用咨询

• Complete Ad Hoc tasks within deadline given.

在指定的最后期限内完成专用任务

• Prepare tax analysis for yearly tax filing

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Additional certification ACCA/CIMA/CPA/AIA will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel or relocate
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
