Jawatan Kosong Senior Accounts Executive in Shah Alam

We are looking for a seasoned, self-reliant accounting professional to manage our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in ownership, enjoys working in a tranquil environment, and possesses a "can-do" attitude toward supporting the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Set Management: Independently oversee the entire accounting cycle. This includes managing AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger, leading up to the finalization of monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Audit & Tax Readiness: Prepare schedules and documentation for year-end audits and tax filings, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and accurate.
• E-Invoicing Compliance: Act as the internal lead for electronic invoicing. You will ensure all transactions meet current LHDN standards and remain compliant with evolving digital tax regulations.
• Software Mastery: Utilize SQL Accounting software to maintain precise records, generate aging reports, and provide financial insights to management.
• Operational & Ad-hoc Support: As part of a small, dedicated team, you will assist with daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The "Independent" Factor: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You know what needs to be done and you execute it efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with SQL Accounting software is essential. High proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of current e-invoicing workflows are required.
• Experience: Proven track record in handling full sets of accounts, preferably within an SME environment.
• Professionalism: A disciplined approach to work with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Drivers liscene and own vehicle. No public trasport since we are in a factory area.
• Living in Selangor around Shah Alam and surrounding areas.
