Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our Johor Bahru Branch. In this role, you will play a key part in managing comprehensive HR functions and collaborate closely with the HR team at Headquarters. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR team at HQ on strategic HR initiatives, including the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and foster a supportive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring data integrity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Executive or Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Malaysian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR functions.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
