Jawatan Kosong Sales Advisor in Likas

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Process transactions accurately at the checkout.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and well-stocked.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and calm manner.
• Assist with store promotions and sales events.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• SPM or any relevant field.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and individually.
• A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift products when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
