ESYS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Job Vacancies April 2026

• Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer and closing sales. (By project)
• Liaise with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on the SPA signing, loan application and other legal documentation matters.
• Coordinate and participate on road shows and event launches.
• Conduct market study & competitors’ analysis.
• Assist all matter, relate to the marketing collateral, social media and any advertising relate matter.
• Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition.
• Assist in project handing over (VP)
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, agreements, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and clients for property transaction processes.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales tracking, and project databases.
• Handle booking forms, sales & purchase agreements (SPA), and loan documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on required documents.
• Prepare reports for management on sales status and client progress.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth property handover.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
