• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep kitchen and seating areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized in line with health and safety standards.
• Maximize Resources: Use raw materials efficiently to minimize waste and ensure optimal inventory management.
• Proper Storage: Store prepared and semi-prepared ingredients according to food safety guidelines to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
