Description
Primary Objective:

• Assists the Team Lead in managing and ensuring smooth operations of job functional under business/commercial loans to meet SLA set by the department/BNM.
• Discharging daily tasks with efficiency without compromising the bank standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform FD Untagging and approval upon receipt of request through EM Credit Support – FD Upliftment or COD, East M’sia – Data Maintenance common mailbox within the same day of receiving email.

• To properly check & approve OD limit reduction/increase or any variation (IMCR screen) at 3270 system and countersign OD limit cancellation.

• To ensure data integrity through daily checking of CIS Data and Bank Trade maintenance via verification in 3270 and Bank Trade system.

• To ensure prompt approval of GTM & AQAD in Compass on same day to avoid any disruption of business or complaints from BUs/customers.

• To assist TMs and take up responsibility to liaise with ARMs/SME or other BUs for any clarifications or discrepancies/issues arising pertaining to their daily functions/business matter.

• To ensure proper storage of data maintenance records for easy retrieval and future destruction as per our operational manual for Filing, Retention, Storage & Destruction of Group’s Records.

• To undertake any other duties / functions as and when assigned.

Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Preferable a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent..

Preferably minimum 3 years working experience in Credit Operation, preferably with exposure in credit related matters, legal and loan documentation

Good planning, organization and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal/communication skill, good supervisory and leadership skills.

IT literacy is also necessary.
